Can I change or cancel my plan?

For referral program subscription plans: You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want by accessing your GrowSurf account page.

For affiliate programs: You may remove your payment method at any time to stop incurring charges. Once removed, you will no longer be charged the 3% revenue share on new referral revenue, though any pending charges for prior referral revenue will still be processed. (Note: you will need to delete all your affiliate programs first in order to remove your default payment method).

Please note that only the owner of the GrowSurf account can make changes to the subscription or payment methods.

Subscription Plan Cancellation:

If you choose to cancel your referral program subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current invoice period, which is typically your next billing date. During this time, you will still have access to the system, with all the features of your current plan enabled, until the cancellation becomes effective.

To cancel your subscription plan, please perform the following steps:

1. Go to your settings page and scroll to the Plan and Usage section.
2. Click the Change button.
3. At the bottom of the popup window, click on the Cancel Subscription link.

To prevent further charges from recurring, please remove all payment methods or ensure that Enable auto-upgrade is disabled from your settings page.

For Referral Program Subscription Plans:

Please note that upon cancellation, your referral program programs will be queued for deletion at the end of your billing period and all account bonuses, including participant bonuses and program bonuses, will be permanently removed.

For Affiliate Programs:

Upon removing your payment method, you will lose access to affiliate program features. Your affiliate programs and participant data will be retained, but you will not be able to track new referrals, generate commissions, or make payouts until you add a payment method again.
