Can I change or cancel my plan?
You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want by accessing your GrowSurf account page. Please note that only the owner of the GrowSurf account can make changes to the subscription.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current invoice period, which is typically your next billing date. During this time, you will still have access to the system, with all the features of your current plan enabled, until the cancellation becomes effective.
To cancel your paid plan, please perform the following steps:
- Go to your settings page and scroll to the Plan and Usage section.
- Click the Change button.
- At the bottom of the popup window, click on the Cancel Subscription link.
To prevent further charges from recurring, please remove all payment methods or ensure that Enable auto-upgrade is disabled from your settings page.
Please note that upon cancellation, your campaigns will be queued for deletion at the end of your billing period and all account bonuses, including participant bonuses and campaign bonuses, will be permanently removed.
