If I have my customers' phone numbers instead of email addresses, can I still use GrowSurf?


The minimum requirement for adding a participant to your campaign is a unique email address because GrowSurf relies on email addresses to verify unique identities and communicate with participants. However, if you collect your customers' phone numbers instead of email addresses, it is still possible to use GrowSurf.

When adding participants, use the following email address format: <your customer's phone number>@yourdomain.com.

Here's an example: [email protected]

Please note that using this type of email will prevent GrowSurf emails from reaching your participants' inboxes since the email addresses would not be valid.
