If I have my customers' phone numbers instead of email addresses, can I still use GrowSurf?

If you collect your customers' phone numbers instead of email addresses, it is possible to use GrowSurf.

The bare minimum requirement for adding a new GrowSurf participant is a unique email address, because we rely on email addresses for verifying unique identity and as a means of communicating with participants.

When add a new participant, you would use an email address format of <your customer's phone number>@yourdomain.com.

Here's an example: [email protected]

This is not a valid email address; however, this is a way to add a unique email address as a participant. Please note that GrowSurf emails will not properly land into recipients' inboxes, as the email addresses would be invalid.
