Why am I receiving an error when sending out an email invite(s)?

If you or your participants are using the Email Invites feature (which can be configured in  Campaign Editor > 2. Design > Share), and you see an error message that reads "Sorry, we are unable to deliver a message to _________" this most likely means that you are either inviting existing participants or yourself. In both cases, the email invite will not be sent out and you will receive an error.

Additionally, in order to reduce the amount of spam to non-opt-in recipients, GrowSurf does not allow sending more than one email invite to the same email address within a certain timeframe. Error messages may not reflect this.

Please note that if you add another email address as a part of the list of recipients, the email invite would successfully send, but only to the non-participant email address.
