Can I merge two participants as one?
Let's say that you have a participant who accidentally entered the wrong email address and they unlocked a reward, but they exist in your campaign as two different participants. It is not possible to merge two participants into one participant, but as a workaround, here's what you can do:
- Update the email address of the first participant (the one with no rewards) to be any email address (this will be temporary)
- Update the email address of the second participant (the one who has a reward) to be the correct email address
- You can then delete the first participant
