Can I merge two participants as one?

Let's say that you have a participant who accidentally entered the wrong email address and they unlocked a reward, but they exist in your campaign as two different participants. It is not possible to merge two participants into one participant, but as a workaround, here's what you can do:

  1. Update the email address of the first participant (the one with no rewards) to be any email address (this will be temporary)
  2. Update the email address of the second participant (the one who has a reward) to be the correct email address
  3. You can then delete the first participant
