How can I sync my GrowSurf participants to my ESP?
If you set up your campaign and see that participants and their data (e.g, unique referral link) are missing within your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) or Email Service Provider (ESP) follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Export GrowSurf participants from your GrowSurf dashboard
Step 2: Import the CSV file of your participants and their associated data into your CRM or ESP - be sure to match the import with the correct list within your CRM or ESP.
