View participant rankings for different time periods

By default, the Participants page ranks participants based on their All-Time referrals. You can also view rankings for the Current Month or Previous Month by selecting a different time period from the dropdown above the participant list.

Change the Ranking Time Period

1. In your dashboard, navigate to Participants.
2. Click the time period dropdown above the participant list.
3. Select one of the following options:
   • All-Time – Ranks participants based on all-time referrals.
   • Current Month – Ranks participants based on referrals generated during the current month.
   • Previous Month – Ranks participants based on referrals generated during the previous month.
4. Wait a few seconds for the participant list to refresh.

Understanding Participant Rankings

The selected time period determines how participants are ranked and how the Rank and Referrals columns are calculated.

For example, a participant may be ranked #1 in the All-Time view but have 0 referrals in the Current Month. When you switch the time period to Current Month or Previous Month, the participant list is re-ranked based solely on referrals generated during the selected period.

Using the REST API

You can also retrieve participant rankings programmatically using the List Leaderboard Participants  endpoint, which supports the following ranking types:

• ALL_TIME – All-time rankings
• CURRENT_MONTH – Current month's rankings
• PREV_MONTH – Previous month's rankings
