How can I pause my program?

To pause your program, perform the following steps:

1. Go to your GrowSurf Dashboard
2. Select Program Actions -> End Program

NOTE: If you have any leaderboard rewards or program ended emails setup within your program email settings, if you do not wish for your participants to be emailed disable them before performing the actions above.

To re-enable your program, perform the following steps:

1. Go to your GrowSurf Dashboard
2. Select Program Actions -> Re-enable Program

NOTE: If you disabled any of your program ended emails be sure to re-enable them if you wish for your participants to be emailed once your program ends.
